Everynow and again the display of my StorDigial 100 gets corrupted: it either fills the first line with complete back squares, or displays nothing, or displays corrupted Chars.

Just letting you know we're sending a new unit to you today for delivery on monday.
The courier will be under instruction to collect the faulty one at the same time - so please ensure it's packed with ALL it's original packaging and ready for collection on monday.
Please keep your manual as we will be sending the unit only.
Please note any damage caused by incorrect packaging will be billable, so do please take care to pack it exactly as it was delivered!

If possible, could you tell me the firmware version you currently have installed on the machine? The information should be displayed in the lower corner of the LCD upon start-up. It is possible a firmware update could resolve the problem. Kind Regards,[edited]

Firm version is 41. I had a call from [edited] who made me to a restore defaults. It did solve the problem for the first CD. I had the same issue with the next CD again. I restored defaults once again and managed to get my 3rd and 4th CD to be imaged. only difference is I kept an eye on the system and acknoledge job completion straight away, rather than going away and coming back later. Would there be an issue with some power settings?
