STORDIGITAL 3 20X DVD 40X CD
Unreliable burn.
Aborts after a few seconds burning small line on centre of discs. These discs are still able to be burnt afterwards on a PC.

Do you have your order number please? As the serial number identified with this particular machine is from a different company under a different name.

Hi Chris, I have tested your duplicator with both A-one CDs and also watershield CDs and, so far, have not seen the reported fault. I am hoping to test your machine on an extended copy run to see if there is an intermittent problem. In the meantime, could you possibly send me one of your master discs so I can check whether it copies on our duplicators here? Kind regards, [edited] |

Hmm interesting, could it be a loose power connection that righted in the post or dipped when a hard drive was connected as well?
I have burnt a master using same methods and writer here. It is in the post today.
