StorDigital 5 Drive 16x DVD CD
This machine was purchased in February. It has already been back to you for repair, but now most of the draws are refusing to burn CD's.

Hi Sarah,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing further difficulties with your machine. Which blank media are you using? You could try resetting the machine back to its default settings and see if that helps. |

We use only the highest quality components in our StorDigital Duplicator Systems, but sometimes errors such as these are out of our hands! However please be assured your machine will be fully examined, repaired, and then go through all our thorough testing procedures before it is sent back to you.

Hi, Have tried reducing the burn speed, but this makes no difference.
I am concerened that this is now the second time I will be sending this machine back for repair in under a year! |

Hi Sarah,
It sounds like a problem could well have developed with the machine. The best course of action would be to send the unit back to us for repair.
However before you do, you could try lowering the burn speed to either 32x or 48x, see if that helps at all.

Hi I have reset the machine to Factory Defaults and there are no improvements. Draw 2 will not even Recognise that there is a disc in the draw and every time I do a copy at lease two draws will fail. The Discs we are using are TDK CD-R80 700MB 80MIN up to 52x Speed. |
