stordigital duplicator

as per tele conversation with steve. the model is stordigital ck-pro 1-552cd-(sdckp5cd. when powered up the display stays at os booting with the lights on the drive s flashing. when the display finally changes ro copy, it wont copy. when using the edit cd to cd the start of the second copied track is always missing even though there is plenty of space on the blank cd

I used the copier yeterday and everything was ok. I suppose ther's no need to keep the ticket open. I'll keep a note of the ticket no. and use it if the fault re-appears

i brought the copier to my house to package it for dispatch. i switched it on and it powered up ok. i tried copying a cd and everything was ok. i took the casing off and checked for loose cables and all was ok. i will be using it at church on sunday and will contact you on monday. if the faults not there i appreciate it is difficult to the find the cause of the problem

Dear Sam, we have record of your purchase as 7.7.2005. It is therefore some years outside of the warranty period. We evaluate the cost of repari for a fee of £50 which is then deducted from the cost of parts and labour required to make the unit work should you choose to go ahead.
