stordigital printer
hi there, talked to Tom last week some about stordigital printer model dp100- serial no: 007118. something to do with the way the disks get transfered to print.

hi there, the stordigital machine does not transfer the disks from the stack to the printing area.

hi there, sorry for the late reply. please check too if 1st disk has printed ok, then by the time, say the fourth disk is printed then the printing on the disk has not registered. ie the colours are out of phase & the image is fuzzy & distorted.

Hi Chetan,
Don’t worry about the scans - I figured out what was causing problems with the poor print quality (it was print head carriage that had to be lowered). I have printed approx 200 discs to check the loader and 30 full face discs with different images to see if the print quality stays OK. All tests are Ok so if you could please confirm the delivery address (Westlakes, 440 High Road, Wembley, Middx HA9 6AH) and we will send the unit back to you.
