Sorry should have been more specific it dos not eject I haven’t copied anything as the drive doesn’t open. And it was like this out of the box. I have spoken to someone in your support team already and they told me to fill in the ticket.

It may be that the cable has come off the back of the writer due to courier. Can you remove power, remove cover and and check the leads are firmly attached at the back of the drive. Cover back on. Cross Fingers. Power On.

Unfortunately this did not solve the problem! The light on the drive has always come on but the tray never ejects or makes any sound as if it is attempting to eject. All cables are firmly attached. I have filled in the rma request already.
