Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to repair DVD-RW drives on a component level. The only option would be to try and find a new drive to use, or contact the manufacturer directly to see if they can assist you with a repair. Would the replacement need to be an identical drive?

We only have a select few controllers that are available to buy outright. We have no 3 drive controllers, but do have a 5 target controller available (which will work with 3 drives).
