Dawn - this is not normal. We would expect the unit to work all day every day with 98% copy success rate. We are available on the phone 9 to 6 Monday to Friday. Dawn - pls ensure you ship this product with original/sufficient packing. The unit WILL BE damaged if your courier drops it. This will result in physical damage to the unit. Kind regards.
