2nd warranty issue -> cd/dvd duplicator

s# 004105 - 2nd warranty issue. "When duping of the 11 discs has completed a message appears to state that '10 have passed and one has failed' However, only 9 draws automatically open. We then find that out of the 2 closed draws one disc has not burned at all (so that equates to the one failed) but the other one is burned correctly (we compared these discs seperatly to ensure they had burned correctly). The other strange thing is that each time the 11 discs are loaded the 2 'failing' draws are different and go downwards in order. i.e. on first load it is draw 1and 2 that fail, next time draws 3 and 4, followed by 5 and 6 etc."
