I have Acard DVD Copier with 7 drawers, out of these 7 there are 3 not working, therefore i am wondering the best way to go about getting these repaired.

Without examining the unit it is hard to say if the controller card or the drives are at fault.
We would be happy to examine the unit for you. There is an evaluation charge of £50 for us to look at the unit. You would then be quoted a cost for all work needed to repair the duplicator. Should you wish to go ahead with the repair, the evaluation fee will be deducted from your final repair bill.
