My unit is coming up code 0 and a rattling noise is coming from the hard drive. I have rebooted several times inserted a disc into the drive and done a visual check of the drive with no success.
Help.

As per our phone conversation, your unit has finally been repaired and is working perfectly. The Disc feeder was replaced. It has been sent to you today with Interlink Express so it should be with you on monday.
