DP50 ink levels

Hi. I've recently purchased a DP50. It works well but the ink level utility doesn't seem to work. It just gives the error: "Could Not Create Process C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\yxzbx14.exe" Obviously it would be useful to know what the ink levels are or even what cartridge to replace. Currently one of my cartridges is going but I am unsure which one. Any suggestions? I'm using XP SP2. Cheers.

Hi Marcus.
It sounds like it could be corrupt software. Your best bet would be to re-install the printer drivers. See if that helps at all.

Nope. Reinstalling doesn't work. Just tried it on my laptop and it doesn't work on there either.

Looking in the directory in question the file it's looking for "yxzbx14.exe" simply isn't there.

Is there a newer driver or can you send me the missing file?
