we have purchased tower duplictor 14/11/07 sn 004799 it will copy 3 than fail 1 which is allways tray 3 ,copy 1 in tray 3 ok and some times copy all 3 thanks alan
Hi Alan, as agreed on the phone I will send you an RMA request form now. Once its filled in and sent back to me, I'll authorise the return of the goods.
Ensure that before you remove drive 3 you have disconnected all mains power cables. Make sure the drive is packed as well as possible upon its return to us. Kind Regards, David
