Hi Sarah, We will try to get this resolved for you ASAP. Is there an IT person there who may be able to check the duplicator's controller to see whether any of the cables are loose? This can easily be checked once the top writer is removed to provide access. Please ensure the copier is unplugged from the mains, first. Kind regards, [edited]
