Hi James, Unfortunately,there is no way to be certain of the reason you are getting errors and miswrites without seeing the machine and your master discs and blank media. We are, however,sending you an update disc for your duplicator's controller as a first step towards eliminating the problem. When the disc arrives:

1) Boot up the duplicator and place the new CD disc into it's ROM drive (top one), making sure no other discs are in the machine.
2) Hold down the duplicator's MODE button for about 3-4 seconds until you hear a clicking sound - when you let go of the button, the display changes from 'Copy' to 'Setup'.
3) Press the MODE button seven times until the display reads 'Update'

At this point, if the update disc is in the top drive and the tray is shut, the duplicator updates itself and then asks you to re-start.
Update is now complete.
