DVD/CD Duplicator

Hi we have been experiencing problems with the Duplicator, it seem after we duplicate a cd from a master, the duplicat becomes corupt, while the master is fine. I have run the diagnostics from the advanced setings options and the following message is displayed; SDRAM TEST:FAIL 20736 KBYTESFAIL

This is a CD\DVD Duplicator, with 1 master and 3 burners. The serial No. is 002246

Paul - have you tried alternative media? Have you tried reducing burn speed? You could try setting the source drive to another drive like a writer, from option 7 or 8 on controller - select source. Then try and burn without using the top drive.
