dvd duplicator fail
Hello.
I have a problem with my dvd duplicator.
When I try to switch it on it's showing the message: System Boot Up fail.
Restart didn't help.
I was trying to download firmware but it's dowloading just empty zip folder.
Could You please send me firmware?
Also I need an advice how to sort this problem out.

How can I reset the machine to factory default settings? I've read the manual from internet but there is no MODE button on my machine. How Will You send me the firmware? How long will it take? |

What do you mean? I cant check the firmware version because it can't boot up. The model is STOREDIGITAL SD5DVDPRE 5 20X DVD 40X CD Premium Duplicator with 160GB Hard Drive. |

You can still send the unit to us, but you will just have to pack it as best you possibly can. Sadly if it does not have its original packaging we can not be held responsible for any physical damage that occurs to the unit either to or from our [edited]facility, but we will certainly make every effort to ensure it leaves fully protected.

Hi David,
The unit will be added to our repairs list as soon as it arrives. In general, the unit takes 5-7 working days to get completly through the system, but the number of jobs on the list could affect the time it takes to get on the bench.

Just letting you know we have repaired your unit as a matter of urgency, and have shipped it out tonight for delivery to you tomorrow.
The controller was replaced and it tested fine on the bench.
