How can I reset the machine to factory default settings? I've read the manual from internet but there is no MODE button on my machine. How Will You send me the firmware? How long will it take? Thanks for help. David McIntyre

Hi David,
You can reset the machine to factory settings by entering Menu item 12 (Utilities) and selecting option 5 (which should be "Restore Defaults")
