faulty 1-10 cd/dvd

Storedigital system – CD/DVD Duplicator Version 3.1 Serial Number: 003297 We are having problems in that it is only copying around 3-4 disks at a time - it is different trays that work each time as well!!! We are looking for a cost to have it serviced (if it’s possible) and timescale

Hi Gary, We can evlauate for £50 - this will be then deducted from cost of repair if you choose to go ahead - £20 per hour labour plust parts. Kind regards.

Yes that's fine, I can send you an RMA form now. Please fill this in with as many details as you can and we'll authorise the return of the goods.
We can certainly arrange collection of the unit, but this will be at an additional cost. In most cases our repairs operate on a RTB system. if you'd like me to quote you a price for collection of the unit, please let me know. Kind Regards, [edited]

Apologies for not getting back to you before now but I have been on annual leave. Please send me the RMA form so that we can have it collected to be looked at. Are you able to provide me with an approximate date of collection and also how long it will take to look at it/repair it.
