Hi Dipesh, Thanks. I will send you a firmware file today. Burn the file to a blank CD and insert in the top drive. Hold down the ESC button for about 3-4 secs then release, you should find yourself in the ADV SETUP menu. Scroll down to locate UPDATE FIRMWARE item and press ENT. With any luck the firmware will be reloaded after the duplicator is restarted. Let me know if you have any difficulty. Kind regards, Derick
