The Robotic Arm isn't working and we are getting a code error 6 displayed on the LCD display.
I have given you the Postcode of the Distributor, Nebula Computers,but ours is S60 1DX.

After searching our files we have found our delivery note dated 15th May 2006. Although this was delivered on this date and appreciate you can only work from the date you despatched the equipment to our Supplier Nebula, we didn't actually get this installed and working until the following week and have therefore not had a full 12 months usage from it before breaking down. Ww would appreciate it if you could take this into account when considering the warranty and any repairs costs.
