No Advanced Setup Option in Acard ARS 2039 Controller

I have an ARS 2039 Acard 1 - 9 Duplicator and recently when I turn on the duplicator it wants me to upgrade the firmware on it. Apparently I need to go into Option 12. Advanced Setup to do this. I have went through all the options on the controller and it only goes up to 11 with no advanced setup option on it. Why is this? Is there another way to upgrade the firmware? Please reply ASAP as I am desperate to sort out this situation. Regards Scott

Hi Scott,
To enter the advanced options, you need to press and hold the ESC key for approximatly 3 seconds (until the machine beeps) - you will then be in the advanced setup menu.
