PF2 won't print

We've had this less than 2 months and it will no longer print. The discs just go straight through and stop short of dropping onto the collection spindle. Someone else who has one of these says their may be a sensor which thinks it is detecting a disc permanently on the belt and is trying to eject it. The manual feed light comes on after every disc has gone through. Please help ASAP.
