problem with 1-9 cd duplicator

1-9 cd duplicator - we have problem copying onto apr inkjet printable discs, is there any software that can fix this problem?

Copy and paste it into your browser:

Then unzip it and burn to CD

Place the CD in the top drive of your duplicator.

Then hold down ESC on your duper, to enter advanced setup - Scroll down to update firmware and follow the prompts to update the firmware on the duper.
