Problem with drivers

Hi, we are having a problem with a 9 drives cd/dvd tower duplicator, model DVD-688. Basically cant see 2 drives and duplicator is only 2 months old. Perhaps you could supply link for firmware download for this particular model and provide further assistance. Many thanks.
