ProBurner 11 Boot up Failure

I purchased a StorDigital pro Burner 11 duplicator a couple of months ago from CD-Writer.com. Tried to boot it up this morning but boot up failed. It asked me to restart system which I have tried but it still fails. Please advise how I can fix this.

Hi Martin, unfortunately, it sounds as if we may need to see the machine in order to repair. Please provide the Stordigital serial number(00****)located on the rear of the duplicator. It might be worth removing the side panel and double checking the visible power/IDE connections to make sure none have come loose (please unplug duplicator from mains first). Kind regards, [edited]

The serial number on our unit is 005107. All connections are ok. We did have a couple of power failures yesterday. Not sure if this would have caused this problem although obviously it didn't go through the proper shut down process due to the power failure. If the unit has to be returned to you, do you know how long it will be away for (just got a request through for some DVD duplication).

With any luck, the duplicator should be only on our bench for a day or two, but with your duplication job in mind, perhaps you should ring our office and enquire whether it is possible to have one of hire duplicators to use in the meantime.
