Repairs Needed on Tower Duplicator

Tower Duplicator's Serial Number J1211S309424C Fault: When original and blanks discs are inserted and pressed start, the Duplicator will just be going round endlessly until it has to be stopped without copying and will display the message: 0 copied, 7 Failed

Hi Michael,
Unfortunately the serial number you gave me is not recognised in my database. Is there any other sticker with serial number that will look like this 001234? How many buttons are there on the on the right hand side of the control panel? Can you please let me know your invoice number under which you purchased your duplicator?

This product was not purchased from you but from Siren Technology in Birmingham and it's out of one year warrantee. The button on the right side is "go". This might not ba the same as your machine.

Is there a MODE button above GO button? Did you try different paster and blank discs?

Hi Michalel,
Please fill in an RMA form that will follow this post shortly and I will authorise return for you. Please note that there is an evaluation fee of £60.00 plus VAT to diagnose the fault for out of warranty repairs. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components).

Yes, there is mode button. I tried different blank discs, it's the same problem.
