I need to replace failed drive by onther else. Could you send us list of approved model DVD drives for substitution StorDigital SafeTower 11 Drive DVD CD Copier with DVD Video Copy Protection -Model: SD11DVDST Thanks

Hi Milan,
Ideally, you would want to replace a failed drive with the same model as the one inside the machine. All the drives are the same, and the system has much greater stability when they are all the same.
Can you provide the serial number of your unit please, and I'll see if we have any new drives available.
