Return of stock - DVD's

We've recently purchased 2200 Ritek White Printable DVD's out of which 750 DVD's was not used due to the changes to the data which was burned on them. Is it possible for us to send you back the unused stock and exchange it on CD's. Everything is still in the boxes, unopened. Thank you in advance, Anna

Hi Anna,
I will shortly sent you an RMA request for you to complete and then we can provide you with a RMA number to enable you to return unopened discs to us, once received and checked over we will then issue a credit note, which you can use to buy the CDs you mentioned.

As previously discussed over the telephone the amount of the DVD's was wrongly counted. It is actually 1500 DVD’s that we would like to return and not as previously stated 750. I trust that’s fine with you.

Hi Anna
We received back 3 boxes from you today, but instead of containing 1500 dvds, in total there was 1300 dvds and 400 plastic wallets.
One was a full box of 600 discs, one box had 300 discs with bubble wrap filling in the space, and the third box had 400 dvds with plastic wallets.
Please confirm if you want the plastic wallets credited as well?
Also please note the boxes were very bashed up, and 1 pack of discs had split open with several others looking worse for wear. We will however be able to credit you the full 1300 as we will use the open packs here internally.
Please confirm re the wallets and I will get the credit note raised, thanks.

Thanks for your call.
I've raised the credit note (total of £209.57), which equates exactly to 1600 Ritek cds. So I'll get the CDs and wallets sent out today for delivery tomorrow.
