Tim - I am trying to fidn what the error means for you. Try ejecting the drives to see if there is media in the system. Use a paper clip and the manual eject holes. Remove and restart.

Hello, thanks for that - I checked the drives and there is no media left in the system – they ejected fine, no need to use a paper clip or anything. The machine seems to start its initialization routine – the robo-arm drops very low once and then back up again – that’s when the freeze occurs.

This error code is an indication that the arm fails to drop the failed disc into the reject area. So the failed disc will not be dropped and the disc will go with the arm back to the top when the error is issued.

Please describe in detail before and after when the error occurs and I would also like to have the serial # so I can find out what the cause is.

CONCLUSION: The error was caused by broken disc sensor. Sensor replaced.

Hi Tim
We are sending the new unit you have purchased out tonight with our courier.
If you wish you can then return this faulty unit in the new units' packaging - however the courier will not be under instruction to collect the faulty unit tomorrow so you won't have to rush to repack it.
Please confirm when you think you will send the faulty unit back so we can allocate some time to repairing it.
