SD100Lite Fault

Hi I have an SD100Lite that is only a few months old. It had been working fine, probably copied a couple of thousand CD\'s in this time. Copied 60 CD\'s this morning, however the system now has the following fault: - Power to the LCD Display and robotic arm = ok - LCD Displays only \"StorDigital SD100 Lite v3.26\" - No Menu - buttons do not seem to do anything. - On rebooting CD Draw does not open\\close during self test - CD Draw will not open even when pressing open\\close button. Do I need to send it back! or is there a quick fix? The s/n = 7830-106242614 Many thanks Will

The unit will need to be sent back for further analysis. Please fill in RMA form.

A new controller will need to be installed. This has been ordered but as yet our suppliers have no stock. Will keep chasing should have a result very soon.
