Hi Nick - what is the problem you're having with the unit?

We have two main problems.
1.
When the machine has been loaded with 11 discs, one disc will not burn, although at the end of the burn cycle, all drives will report success. The drive that does not burn, will not be the same each time, but is randomly selected.
2.
When trying to burn a single disc (first burn to check copy) the machine often refuses to burn at all, unless 3 - 4 drives have discs in them.
We always burn from an image on the HDD and the above faults happen with both CDs and DVDs. We use Taiyo Yuden branded media.

Hi Nick,
Have you tried resetting the machine to default settings? This can be done via the menu on the duplicator.
If that fails to stop the problem, we'll need to get the unit back to us for repair. Let me know how it goes. Kind Regards, [edited]
