This duplicator sounds as if it needs a new display unit.Removal of the old unit and the fitting of a new one requires a)removal of side panels b)the unplugging and removal of the HDD and also the duplicator's reader. It is strongly recommended that the machine is returned to base for this proceedure.

Thanks fo rthe prompt reply however the duplicator is on the Buzzard oil platform in the middle of the North Sea. We do however have excellant instrument and electrical workshop facilities and expertise. If you will agree to send us the required part we couldhave it installed out here and accept the resposibility for its installation

No problem, there. We will,however, require you to send us the display unit currently in the duplicator for matching purposes;the new unit will then be shipped to you immediately.
