slow duplicator

i spoke and wrote to you about my duplicator that since i got it back from you repaired it works slow. you told me to bring it back to you with a master disk from me. i want to know if its possible that the duplicator should be collected. thanks

Hi Abraham
You will need to get it back to us safely, so if you ship it with the post/courier please ensure you pack it adequately for transit (ie in a strong box with lots of internal packaging/bubble wrap etc).
It needs to be packed to withstand the couriers throwing it about.
Alternatively if you bring it in person, then that's fine as we can accept it without it's box (so long as you then collect it again once its ready).

my duplicator works slow since i got it back from you, you told me to bring it back to you but i think that you have to pay for the pickup and delivery as its your fault i never recieved from you since repair a perfect duplicator waiting for an answer asap thanks

Your duplicator has been fully tested after repair accordingly to our guidelines and standards. Unfortunately we are not able to offer you collection we are more than happy to offer you some DVD discs as a compensation for the inconvenience.

hello thanks for offering me dvds but what does dvds help me if i still have a slow duplicator?
but anyways i need to have this sorted so if i deliver it by hand how long will it take to be repaired?
