Could you please book this unit in for repair. The serial no is 002929.The drawer keeps getting stuck and sometimes the unit won\\\'t copy. Just confirming we shipped today for delivery on monday.
Please note in the end Derick replaced the drives on the 'unfaulty' unit - just to be sure! So both unit have new drives in them.

As per phone call just now - we have repaired one unit (serial 002929, it has had all 4 drives replaced).
The other unit Derick has been unable to find any fault with, so Joelle has agreed for us to send it back to her.
Please confirm you agree, and I will send the two units out tomorrow for delivery on monday. Please note (as discussed) the courier will need to collect the hire unit at the same time, so please ensure it's ready and boxed up for swapover between 9am and 2pm on monday.

Just confirming we got the TWO units back today - however please be aware that one unit was not packed in a box, just in a small amount of bubble wrap. They have not yet been inspected for damage - however please note if there is any damage caused by insufficient packaging it will not be covered under warranty.
We have taken some photos if you need to see them.
Anyway - we will get them up on the bench and let you know if there's any problem.
Please can you submit a fault description for the second unit, thanks.

So far our technical department can't find any fault with either unit - they both seem to be working fine.
Please can you confirm what the problems were - with both units?
It might also be handy for us to have a copy of any master discs that were having difficulty being copied.

I have spoken to Tom Smith this morning (Joelle still away), and he has located the unit!! So I have booked the courier to collect it today, and we will also send their unit back to them today for delivery tomorrow.
So - all being well this will be resolved tomorrow - perhaps you can check with them and confirm it's all sorted out as far as they're concerned, so I can close this ticket before we close for Xmas?
