Stordigital 1-7 CD Duplicator with 80 gig HD & USB

The duplicator has slowed down tremendously in copying the CDs and two of the slots for CDs have stopped working, so we can only copy 5 at a time. We realise the machine is out of warranty and would like to get an evaluation of the repair necessary. We would like the duplicator to be picked up on Monday 3rd September if possible. Thanks

We have managed to repair this copier ourselves by replacing the CD drives. Thanks for your help with this but we decided that the cost of courier + repair was too much

I am just about to pack up the copier and arrange a courier. Do I have to arrange carriage with a particular courier or do you arrange it? Do I arrange return after the repair or do you do it? Sorry that this is dragging on, my third question is our ticket still valid after this long delay?

Apologies if nobody has responded to your ticket yet.
If you don't have the original packaging you just need to pack it in suitable packaging to avoid any damage by courier handling (lots of bubble wrap and a very sturdy box is advised).
The comment simply means that if the item is damaged in transit any repair involved will be billable - but since this is a billable repair anyway (out of warranty) it doesn't really apply in this case.
Please pack the item up suitably and return under the RMA 06-226-001.

We do not have the original packing as the machine is out of warranty, we have a computer box which it will fit in. What does your comment mean about we will be billed for any damage incurred if not packed in the original packing? Will this be picked up on September 3rd?
