All the drives have been replaced, and please note the switch was damaged once it was unpacked here so that has been repaired as well.

SN 004039. This tower consists of 11 drives. The tower was repaired once by CD-writer.com Ltd for defective drives.(We were given a loan machine as we were in the middle of a job) Since then we have done only 1 job and had about 5 drived go down while copying. This started out slowly and the drives seem to go one at a time. We had an average of around 30% waste due to this malfunction. Currently only 6 drives work.
