Vin6028777 Duplicator Firmware update

To whom it may concern, We have a duplicator from you and we need to get a FIRMWARE update for it, we do not have a model name for this only what looks like a serial number which is (Vin6028777) Please can you advise me in what I need to do next please. Hi Gary,
Can you please let me know the serial number of your duplicator(white sticker with the serial number [which will look like 001234] can be found on the back of the unit). Can you please also let me know current firmware version (firmware version will be displayed during the booting of the machine or on the top right hand corner of the display in the following format: 1.23).
