what is my machine?

Only 3 drives working, soetimes 2, tried lots of different DVD media, wanted to download latest firmware before going further, but do not kjnow which machine, as download site does not list STORDIGITAL CK-PRO 1-5 16X DVDHD (CD DVD DUPLICATOR)-(SDCKP5DVD)

David - we need to determine current firmware on your machine - you will see thsi when you turn it on. It will show 1.##. If you cant catch it (be quick) then you can access it from Sytem info via option 11 on the controller. Kind regards.
