mulitple disc fails
I have 2 tower 7 dvd duplicators.
S/N 004056
S/N 004049
Both machines have recently started to fail alot and sometimes do not even recognise the master. usually pass 3 fail 4 on each batch we do. we have had the duplicators for about 1 year. Is this an software issue, New updates?? or possbly a hardware issue?

Hi,
Update has not worked, DVD's do burn,have had all 7 pass and 0 fail, but unit will not burn CD's, The unit will either no recognise cd's or will always fail them once a burn has started.
what can we do next |

Thanks, Joe. Please(both duplicators) scroll to the Utilities menu item (12/13). Press ENT and then scroll to 'Device Info'(4) and, again, press ENT. Under Device Info, the connected components and their firmware is listed - please let me know what info there is for the Pioneer drives eg: 03 Port 3 [*.**] Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-112.
