Pro Burner 7 problem

I'm having problems starting a ProBurner 7 I purchased from you last November. I haven't used it for a couple of months. But when I tried switching on at the back, nothing happens. If I press the button at the front bottom, the screen will light up and it will attempt to start, but when I let go of the button, it turns everything off.

Hi David, It,unfortunately, sounds as if your duplicator's front power switch has developed a fault- this may need to be changed, or may only require some attention. In order for us to quickly, find a solution for you, please provide the Stordigital serial number located on the rear of the copier. Kind regards, Derick

The StorDigital serial number should be 6 digits long, and start with the code "00****". This is the number we require. Many Thanks,

Ok - got the RMA ticket. It says I should contact you if I don't have the original packaging. Which I don't. But I have put it in a strong carboard box stuffed with protective polystyrene. Is this going to be a problem?

I am very sorry but we do not have spare packaging that we could send you. In your previous post you mentioned that you have strong cardboard box and a lot of stuffing - that should be perfectly fine.

I sent the DVD burner by carrier to you on Friday. I packed it well, but I'm a bit concerned that it will arrive ok. I'd be grateful if you could confirm you've received it - and that it survived the transit. Thanks, David

We have double boxed it, but please be aware we cannot be responsible for any damage caused in transit. So you're welcome to arrange your own courier if you prefer?
