Faulty CD/DVD Duplicator

Hi, could I please book in the following unit s/n: 003130. The unit was recently removed from Channel 4 - the master CD/DVD Rom Drive is not reading discs properly.

We can certainly book your duplicator in for repair; unless you have some in-house IT support who may be able to fit a new ROM for you. There would be a £50 evaluation fee that would be part of the total payment cost. We can also send you a new ROM if you require. Please let me know what you would like to do. Kind regards, Derick

We have an in-house IT support that are happy to replace the ROM, so could you please send the replacement to Audio Visual Machines [edited]. TW20 8RB for the attention of Esther Dean. If you check with Jen, this unit may still be covered by the extended warranty taken out by Metro on behalf of Channel 4. Thanks Esther

Sorry for the delay! Unfortunately the extended warranty was only for 1st year swapout, not for an extended period of time, so the warranty has unfortunately expired.
So we can certainly sell you a new rom (I'll do it at cost) - it would be £13 plus vat and £6 delivery.

The part code you need to quote on your PO is Optiarc AD-5200-OB. Please note that this unit is black, if you need beige please include that info in the PO

Just letting you know we got the PO (from Sue West), so I've sent out the Rom today for delivery to AVM (Matrix Display) tomorrow.
