Please fill in an RMA form that will follow this post shortly and I will authorise return for you. Please note that there is an evaluation fee of £75.00 plus VAT to diagnose the fault for out of warranty repairs. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components).

Hi Siaka,
I have now diagnosed your unit - the controller developed a fault and needs to be replaced. Cost of new controller is £155.00 before vat, labour shouldn't exceed 2 hrs (£60.00 per hour charge apply). Please let me know if you would like to proceed with repair and I will get back to you with order number once unit is repaired and tested.
