Failed drive on Pro Burner 11
As per our telephone conversation of today, we have a faulty writing drive on our unit. Please froward details for removal and we will return drive to you for replacement. Many thanks

power down unit, remove cable, remove side panel, ease off the fron t facia, remove cables from drive, remove screws from drive, remove drive and then reply to this ticket. |
